Advanced Powder Products (APP) provides prototyping services. Our approach is to make real parts, real fast. We make low cost tooling for pressing or for injection molding that is capable of as few as 100 pieces to as high as 10,000 pieces. We prefer to make the components net shape; however, we also make “machining blanks” utilizing our process. In this way, our client can evaluate the material that our processes produce without the expense of the tooling. This is typical for 1-30 pieces, depending on the complexity and the size of the component. In general we can produce components at very short lead times so that our clients can make business decisions based on real component appearance and properties.
